Objective:  Identify and resolve inefficiencies in clinic operations to enhance overall performance.

AL Dana Team: Dr. Hetish Kumar (ADMDC Managing Director/Owner), Dr. Neethu (Medical Director), Dr. Nitisha Sharma (Dentist), Dr. Shahanas (GP Dentist), Ms. Emmy Grencio (Nurse/Dental Assistant), Mr. Amir (Clinic Staff).

Key Achievements:

  1. Analysis and Identification:  Conducted a thorough analysis to identify the root causes of operational inefficiencies and areas of waste.
  2. Operational Plan Development:  Designed and documented a comprehensive operational plan consisting of five key initiatives:
    • Rectify operational inefficiencies and eliminate waste.
    • Restore essential resources, such as the disconnected landline.
    • Reconnect internet services to ensure seamless communication.
    • Upgrade from mobile prepaid to postpaid plans with data for better connectivity.
    • Revamp the appointment scheduling system to improve front operations, sales, and marketing.

  • Successfully implemented all five initiatives, leading to significant operational improvements.
  • Achieved a 5% increase in revenue in the first month, with a subsequent increase of 317.6% in revenue within 4 months.
